I started using Pilot without really expecting much, so I was surprised when I noticed a difference quickly. It wasn’t some overnight miracle or anything, but there was a clear change sooner than I thought there would be.
The process was simple and didn’t feel like a chore, which I really appreciated. To be fair, I think companies should be upfront and make things easy if they’re asking for your trust, and so far Pilot has done that. I’m happy with how it’s gone.

Overall, it was clear enough and I could understand most of it, but there were a few small parts that weren’t as clear as they should’ve been. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did cause some confusion, so I’d expect some kind of small compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

"Hit or Miss on Timing"
My experience has been mixed. Sometimes they show up late, and other times everything is totally fine. I get that delays happen, but I do think if a business gives a time or makes a promise, they should do their best to honor it. Overall, not terrible, just not always dependable...

So far, the payments have been totally fine. Every amount has matched what I was expecting, and I haven’t run into any weird extra charges or double billing, which is the main thing I care about. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that one invoice email showed up a little late once. It wasn’t a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall, smooth experience.

The site was easy to get around, which is more than I can say for a lot of places that somehow make simple shopping a headache. I found what I needed fast, the pages actually loaded fine on my phone, and nothing felt confusing or annoying. Checkout was simple too and didn’t drag on forever. It’s ridiculous that other sites can’t get this basic stuff right, but this one did. I’d use it again.

I used Pilot and I was a little unsure at first about putting personal info online, but it ended up feeling private overall. The forms were clear, nothing felt too pushy, and I really liked that all the messages and details stayed in one place. I’d go 5 stars if there was a bit more info upfront about how long they keep your data, buuut so far I haven’t had any issues
